A: I’m sorry to bother you, but the air conditioning in my room isn’t working, and it’s getting quite uncomfortable.
B: I apologize for the inconvenience. Would you prefer to have someone fix it right away, or would you like to move to another room?
A: If possible, I’d appreciate it if someone could fix it soon. I’ve already unpacked and would rather not move.
